Volunteer at Wild Rose Renaissance Faire

The Wild Rose Renaissance faire is run by a small, dedicated group of volunteers, and we always need more.  If you are interested in helping to make the faire bigger and better, consider volunteering before, during, or after. Some examples of things you might do to help are:

Before and after the faire:

• General cleanup throughout the day, including festival grounds and privies.

• Promotion of the faire; using your resources and connections to promote and advertise. Participate in promotional activities such as parades and fundraisers.

• Cleanup and teardown after the faire.

We need costumed participants to play townspeople and add general ambience, in addition to assisting in following ways:

• Assistance to vendors, especially those who are working alone and might need food or privy breaks, and patrons who might need directions or any other help.

• General cleanup throughout the day, including festival grounds and privies.

• Working the information/ticket booth, selling tickets and explaining the festival rules to the patrons.

• Helping in the children's area with crafts and games.
